In 2024, he joins the Le Soste Association.
As early as 2022, with the title of “Discovery of the Year” and 15 Gault&Millau points, Federico Palladino emerged as one of the most promising voices in contemporary Swiss cuisine.
Since 2020, he has been the Chef Patron of Osteria Enoteca Cuntitt, after refining his technique and vision in the kitchens of the chefs who inspired him.
In 2018, he was the only Ticinese finalist at the Grand Prix Joseph Favre, the starting point of a journey guided by rigour, research, and a contemporary vision.
