From 4 June to 2 September 2025, Federico Palladino's cuisine will accompany SWISS First, Business, and Premium Economy passengers on a journey of Ticinese flavours, as part of the SWISS Taste of Switzerland programme. It's an invitation to discover the region through creations that tell stories of seasons, raw ingredients, and tradition with a contemporary outlook.
